    Hindu Undivided Family
    • PAN card of HUF
    • Identity and address proof of Karta
    • Declaration form for HUF duly filled in and signed by Karta with stamp of HUF and Coparcener
    Trust & Foundation
    • Copy of the trust deed
    • Copy of the registration certificate
    • Copy of the resolution by the trustees authorising the members concerned to open and operate the account
    • Any officially valid document identifying the authorized signatories and their addresses as given above PAN card.
    Originals & Self-attested copies to be submitted for verification.

    • Certificate of Incorporation and Commencement of Business
    • Certified true copy of Memorandum and Articles of Association
    • Certified Board resolution authorising the opening and operation of the account

    Partnership Firms
    • Partnership Deed and Registration Certificate
    • PAN or GIR No. or completed Form 60. 
    • Any officially valid document identifying the partners and authorized signatories and their addresses as given above
    Proprietorship Concerns
    Any two documents from the following can suffice
    • Sales and/or Income tax returns
    • CST and/or VAT certificate
    • Certificate/Registration document issued by Sales Tax/Service Tax / Professional Tax authorities
    • Licence issued by the Registering authority like Certificate of Practice issued by Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Indian Medical Council, Food and Drug Control Authorities, etc. 
    • Registration Certificate (in the case of a registered concern), 
    • Certificate/Licence issued by the Municipal authorities under Shop & Establishment Act 
    • IEC (Importer Exporter Code) issued to the proprietary concern by the office of DGFT
    • Utility bills such as electricity, water and landline telephone bills
    • Complete income tax return in name of the proprietor wherein the firm’s income is reflected. 
    Trust & Foundation
    • Copy of the trust deed
    • Copy of the registration certificate
    • Copy of the resolution by the trustees authorising the members concerned to open and operate the account

    You can park a specific amount under the scheme which can earn interest payouts at periodic intervals such as half yearly, quarterly and monthly basis.

  • Laxmi Deposit (Cumulative interest option)
  • Under this scheme interest earned at the end of every quarter is invested along with the principal helping you make the most of your money.

    • If you are exempt from paying tax, you need to present Form 15G/15H when you open a Fixed Deposit and subsequently at the beginning of the following financial year.

  • Shalini Bhagyalaxmi Yojana
    • Special scheme for girl child – upto 30 years of age
    • Rate of interest/Shalini Bhagya Laxmi Yojna is 9.25%
    • Minimum deposit Rs. 5000/-
    • Maximum deposit Rs. 500000/-
    • Get 2.5 Times the amount invested after 10  years  
    • Period of the scheme 10 years
    • Lock in period is one year.
    • KYC as applicable.
    • Other conditions applicable at the time of deposit.
  • Recurring Deposit
    • Period of Deposit - Minimum 1 year and maximum 10 years
    • Interest Payment - Quarterly Compounding Interest payable on maturity
    • Maximum Amount of Deposit - No Limit
    • Minimum Amount of Deposit - Rs. 100/- per month
    • Pledging of Deposit - Allowed
    • Premature Withdrawal - Allowed with penalty of 1% in applicable interest rate for the tenure of deposit as on the date of placement of deposit.
    • Additional Interest Rate for Senior Citizen - Applicable
    • Eligible Depositors - All depositors
Important Notice to Depositors

As per section 206AA introduced by Finance (No. 2) Act, 2009 w.e.f. 01.04.2010, every person who receives income on which TDS is deductible shall furnish his PAN, failing which TDS shall be deducted at the rate of 20% (as against 10% which is existing TDS rate) in case of Domestic deposits. Please further note that in the absence of PAN, Form 15G/H and other exemption certificates will be invalid even if submitted & penal TDS will be applicable. Please visit nearest Tirupati Bank branch to submit or confirm updation of your PAN with the bank.
